Delivery

We do our very best to send your order as soon as possible. If you place your order on business days before 16:00pm (CET), we will send it the same day. All orders are sent with PostNL As soon as iLashed has sent your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation. The shipping confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to trace the package. If the order is shipped with standard letterbox mail then you can unfortunately not follow it. It’s a bit of a wait, your package is on its way!

Delivery within the Netherlands

The shipping costs are € 4.72 for letterbox and € 7.20 for parcel post.Since we depend on the services of PostNL, it can happen that the delivery time in a single case is slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances (eg crowds during holidays and delays).

Delivery to Belgium

Orders to Belgium are sent as parcel post. you can always follow the order easily with a tracking number. The shipping costs are € 10.59.

Rest of Europe and international

Orders are sent to the rest of Europe and internationally as parcel post. you can always follow the order easily with a tracking number. The shipping costs are from €10.59. Select the relevant country at the checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. ofcourse there are certain areas in countries where there are no Carriers. If your country is not in between, you can always contact us.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery will take 2-7 working days for orders within Europe, depending on your country. For orders from Australia, Russia, Canada and the US this can take up to 14 working days. Orders within The Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered the next working day, when ordered before 4.pm. Please note: if you have not received your order within 7 (Europe) or 14 (Global) working days, please contact our customer service. We will be able to look into the whereabouts of your order.

CAN I TRACE MY ORDER?

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email within 24 hours. This email will provide you with a link to trace your order. DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, in most cases the parcel needs your signature to be delivered. This will depend on your local carrier.

CAN I OPT FOR A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

It is possible to have your parcel delivered to a different address than your billing address. Please be sure that you are known at this address, to ensure your parcel will be delivered successfully. Please note: if you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company in the address field, as well as your own name.

DO YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have your package delivered at a PO box or Packstation. Your order can only be shipped to an address.

WHAT IF I AM NOT THERE TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?

If you are not home, the delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or try it again at another time. It is also possible that the parcel will be available at a pickup location. This will depend on your local carrier, and they will leave you a note with further details. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, it will be processed as a return and refunded.
