What are the lashes made of?

The description of the eyelashes indicates whether the eyelashes are made of mink fur or faux mink (silk, synthetic fibers).

How long will my ilashed lashes last?

The eyelashes can be used as often as possible. The faux mink eyelashes can be used 15 to 20 times and use the mink eyelashes 20 to 25 times with the right care. In addition, you can clean them with makeup remover or alcohol. For more information about caring for your iLashed lashes click here

The Lashes has some fall out hairs. is this normal?

Yes, the nature of the striplashes have some fall out hairs. This is not classified as fault.

Do the lashes come with glue?

No,the lashes do not come with glue. You can order the iLashed Adhesive separedly on our website iLashed Lash Adhesive bestellen op onze website.

Which eyelash glue do you recommend?

We recommend our customers to use iLashed Lash Adhesive our glue is latex-free and perfect for customer with sensitive eyes.

Can I add mascara to the lashes?

We advise our customers not to apply mascara. This is not necessary with these eyelashes and you can ruin the shape and curl of the lashesl. Mascara can be applied to your own eyelashes if needed.

Can I shower or swim with my lashes?

No, We advise customers not to do this. This can ruin the style, shape and curl of the eyelashes. If your eyelashes have become wet, allow them to dry naturally. For more information about caring for your iLashed lashes click here.

Can the strip lashes damage my own eyelashes?

No, not if you place the eyelashes correctly on your natural lashline and with the right glue.

How do I keep the lashes clean?

Remove the glue residue after using the eyelashes. Use a tweezer or your fingers or a cotton swab with make-up remover. You can also use alcohol to clean your lashes. Do not use any other liquids. For more information about caring for your iLashed lashes click here.

How do I place a order?

Step 1. Shoppingbag

Shop your favorite items on the website. Add the product to your cart. Are you ready to checkout? Then click on the shopping bag and make sure all items are correct. Is all this correct? Then click proceed to Checkout

Step 2. Checkout

At checkout you can enter your personal information. If you already have an account and are logged in, this information will be filled in automatically. Please check this information before proceeding to the shipping method.

Step 3. Shipping

With the shipping method, you can choose the country of destination. All packages are sent with track & trace.

Stap 4. Payment

Choose your payment method. After the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation in your email.

Klarna Buy now & pay later

With this payment method you can pay after receiving your order. Klarna issues a credit check when ordering and determines whether and for what amount you can make your purchase through this option. For questions about payment, contact Klarna.

Credit card

At iLashed you can pay with your Visa and Mastercard credit card. With us you can assume that your payment is safe. We encrypt your credit card data via the SSL method and this is always safe. During the payment you will be asked for your CVC code. This 3-digit code can be found on the back of your credit card, these are the last 3 digits.

PayPal

If you choose to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected to the Paypal website after ordering. You can sign up for a new account here or log in with your existing Paypal username and confirm the payment. You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us after payment.

Can you also pay afterwards?

Yes, it is possible to pay afterwards via Klarna. Here we charge EUR 1.95 transaction costs. Make use of all the smooth functions of MyKlarna by logging in to klarna.nl with the e-mail address you provided with your order or download the Klarna app.

Not happy with your order? Return your order and pass it through the Klarna app. Klarna temporarily pauses your invoice and adjusts it when your return is processed with us.

Move the latest payment date of your invoice

More time needed to pay your bill, with one click you can change the final payment date once with ten days. As soon as the package is sent by iLashed, you will receive a digital invoice from Klarna by e-mail. You then have 14 days to pay the product. The payment details can be found on the digital invoice. Via ‘My Klarna’ you have a complete overview of the invoice or the payment. When the entire order is returned to iLashed, the invoice including transaction costs at Klarna will be canceled. When you keep a part of the order, you will receive an adjusted invoice after the return processing. You can also manually transfer the amount yourself to Klarna before you receive the adjusted invoice.

Why is my purchase that I want to pay afterwards (via Klarna) not approved?

Klarna carries out a check for all orders. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do. ofcourse there are certain areas in countries where there are no Carriers. If your country is not in between, you can always contact us.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery will take 2-7 working days for orders within Europe, depending on your country. For orders from Australia, Russia, Canada and the US this can take up to 14 working days. Orders within The Netherlands and Belgium will be delivered the next working day, when ordered before 4.pm. Please note: if you have not received your order within 7 (Europe) or 14 (Global) working days, please contact our customer service. We will be able to look into the whereabouts of your order.

CAN I TRACE MY ORDER?

After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email within 24 hours. This email will provide you with a link to trace your order. DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?

To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, in most cases the parcel needs your signature to be delivered. This will depend on your local carrier.

CAN I OPT FOR A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

It is possible to have your parcel delivered to a different address than your billing address. Please be sure that you are known at this address, to ensure your parcel will be delivered successfully. Please note: if you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company in the address field, as well as your own name.

DO YOU DELIVER TO A PO BOX?

Unfortunately it is not possible to have your package delivered at a PO box or Packstation. Your order can only be shipped to an address.

WHAT IF I AM NOT THERE TO ACCEPT MY DELIVERY?

If you are not home, the delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or try it again at another time. It is also possible that the parcel will be available at a pickup location. This will depend on your local carrier, and they will leave you a note with further details. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In that case, it will be processed as a return and refunded.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Are you not satisfied with your order? We are sorry to hear that, but no worries! If the items comply with our return policy, you can return them. To return your order, we recommend you to go to your local post office. Here you can return your order to the following address:

As a customer, you will be liable for the return costs. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items can only be returned within the return period (14 days) Items must be unworn, unopened in the orginal packaging. Items can not have other signs of wear after trying them on. Beauty products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. If you wish to return these items, the packaging must be unopened. Please note: failure to comply with the terms of our return policy will result in us not being able to give you a refund.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

You have the right to withdraw and return your order within our return period of 14 days. Within this period you can review and try on your order. Please note: Due to hygienic reasons beauty products cannot by tried on. The packaging must be unopened for these items to comply with our return policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?

For international orders, we do not offer the possibility to exchange items for a different item. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you to return it and place a new order yourself.

How do I become an retailer?

Can I apply if my store is not up and running yet?

This is only possible if you are able to provide us with more information about your new store.e.g. pictures of your new store, information about the assortment etc.). If you don’t have any information yet we ask you to send us an account request as soon as your store is up and running or once you have more valuable information.

Can I reapply if my application is not accepted?

You must wait at least 6 months to reapply unless discussed otherwise.

What is the minimum order?

Pricing and order information is only shared with authorized iLashed retailers. As soon as your application is approved you will receive this information from our Sales department. As mentioned in the requirements the minimum first order for retailers is at least 50 pieces.
