Unfortunately it can happen that a product is not entirely what you had in mind. It is possible to return your order (at your own expense), provided it meets the following return conditions:

  • Products may only be returned if they are unopened, unused and undamaged. Products may therefore not be removed from the packaging.
  • Products for which no refund or replacement is given for health and hygiene reasons are: skin care products, body care products, makeup and other cosmetics whose seal has been broken.
  • The eyelashes must not have been removed from the tray.
  • The product must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

    PLEASE NOTE! Discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.

We must have received the return within 14 calendar days. The return shipment is always the risk of the sender. iLashed is not liable for damaged or lost returns. Also ensure that the shipment has sufficient postage. If a package is not returned prepaid, we unfortunately cannot accept the package.

Upon receipt, the returned products are carefully checked whether they are indeed unused and opened. The return will be refused if it does not meet the return conditions.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the return has been accepted. If the products have been returned correctly, we will refund the purchase amount to your account number within 7 days.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Are you not satisfied with your order? We are sorry to hear that, but no worries! If the items comply with our return policy, you can return them. To return your order, we recommend you to go to your local post office. Here you can return your order to the following address:

As a customer, you will be liable for the return costs. These costs will vary per state or country. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us. Please note: do not forget to fill out and enclose the return form, as we won’t be able to process your return otherwise!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Items can only be returned within the return period (14 days) Items must be unworn, unopened in the orginal packaging. Items can not have other signs of wear after trying them on. Beauty products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. If you wish to return these items, the packaging must be unopened. Please note: failure to comply with the terms of our return policy will result in us not being able to give you a refund.

You have the right to withdraw and return your order within our return period of 14 days. Within this period you can review and try on your order. Please note: Due to hygienic reasons beauty products cannot by tried on. The packaging must be unopened for these items to comply with our return policy.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM?

For international orders, we do not offer the possibility to exchange items for a different item. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you to return it and place a new order yourself.

To return your order, we recommend you to download a return label from our website. This label will already have the correct address printed. The shipping and processing of international returns can take up to 21 days. When we have received your return, you will be notified via email once we have processed the return. If you haven’t heard from us after 21 days, please contact our customer service. We will be able to look into the whereabouts of your return.

You can expect the refund within 5 working days after we have processed the return. Any refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order. Please check this payment method.
